Departmental Computer Sales:
Purchase of computers for departmental use and paid via FOAPAL should proceed as follows:
- Contact our internal sales department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry. They will get back to you by email or phone to discuss all the details and provide you with a quote for your order.
- It is university policy that all internal sales must be processed via the McGill Marketplace (MMP), in order to ensure proper fund owner approval of the expenditure prior to delivery of the purchase.
- Once you receive the quote for your order, go to the McGill Computer Store in MMP and create a requisition. Enter the total amount (including taxes) from the quote and attach the quote to the requisition. Assistance with the use of MMP can be found HERE or by contacting Procurement.
